Shipping Policy
Every order is packed in-house by our team in Ireland and sent with tracking.
- Free delivery on all orders over €50
- €3.50 delivery on orders under €50
- Delivered in 5–7 working days
The same delivery prices apply everywhere we ship. Outside the EU, prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, and your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes, which are payable by you.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery issues
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, email info@davidmurrayhaircare.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
