Guarantee terms
- Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@davidmurrayhaircare.com with your order number.
- Products may be used, but must be returned complete with all parts and accessories, in a reasonable condition, within 14 days of your claim.
- Return postage is paid by you. We'll refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving your return.
- The guarantee applies once per product per customer.
- The guarantee does not cover products damaged through misuse or accident.
- This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel and your rights for faulty goods, and does not affect them.
